Out with the old, In with the new

Out with the old, In with the new

While we were in Portland, we decided to upgrade our kayak. We bought a 16-foot tandem kayak with an open cockpit to replace our 12-foot long tandem sit-on-top kayak. Here is a picture of both kayaks, with the new one being strapped to the rack. We had to get a new and better rack to support this new boat. We were really excited to use our new kayak.

What wonderful pictures! You're really taking us all on a beautiful photo journey. Ed, your silly faces remind me of that silly computer program that slides faces around kind of like silly putty. It's a good thing you have a really large size digital camera card. Michelle, that slug on the shoe is so gross. Do you check your clothes before you put them on? Enjoy your new kayak, and be safe. (I'm a mom; how can I not say that???)

You guys look great in the new kayak. Your photos are breathtaking! What a beautiful place you are in. Makes me want to jump in them, especially to get out of the 110 degree crap here. Keep 'em coming!
